I just found this absolutely hilarious picture in my archives. This is me, marching in NYC Pride with ACT UP, against HIV criminalization.
We ran into the crazies behind me and I honestly couldn’t help myself but to turn their hatred into a photo-op.
Don’t you just love the girl in the back with the “This guy needs a hobby” sign pointing towards them? Amazing. I also can’t believe they brought a huge stuffed giraffe. A for effort at least.
All this and it isn’t even Saturday yet? Yeah you’re welcome!

Zana Bayne is one hell of a talented person. Not only did she more or less single-handedly make the harness a fashionable item again, scene to mainstream, but she keeps on proving that each and every thing she makes is a piece of art by creating amazing installations and artworks.
She showed some of her creations alongside a series of artist collaborations this summer in the NYC gallery district, and this was one of my favorites.

This track has been on repeat on my computer since Tuesday night.
FAYE is going to blow up pretty soon and I have not been this sure of something like this in a long while.
Breathe Out is such a ridiculously strong track, displaying both FAYE’s (Fanny Hamlin’s) range and pristine skill as a singer and the producer’s brilliance. The track breathes of melencholia as well as RnB classics, Aaliyah and maybe some Janet?
